Message from our friends Sushioki:
Sushioki is Durham’s home for the biggest sushi burritos around! From our signature beef bulgogi burrito to our spicy tuna, we have something for everyone!!
We are taking this season of the coronavirus one day at a time making decisions with everyone’s best interest in mind, both employees and guests! We have also started a GoFundMe where we match 100% of the donations given so that we can make our meals for those who would benefit at this time!What we are doing at this time to ensure safety and health for our staff and our guests, here is a list:
- Our dining room is closed. take out only to minimize the number of surfaces potentially contaminated. All chairs and tables have been completely cleaned and put up.
- We are bagging everything to go.
- Cloroxing and sanitizing all surfaces every 30-60 min. This includes high chairs, trash can holders, counters, tea urn knobs, door handles, faucets, etc.
- We have only paper to-go menus so people can just take it with them.
- We are on all four delivery service platforms: GrubHub, DoorDash, UberEats, and PostMates.
- People can order and pay on their phones through our “Sushioki Rewards” App.
As for ways people can support us:
- They can go on our FaceBook page and purchase eGift cards if they want to support us without eating out at this time.
- We are doing a GoFundMe where for every $$ a customer donates towards purchasing food from us to support a family who may be struggling right now, Sushioki will match that! For example, if $100 is donated to help fund $100 worth of food for families in need, Sushioki will be matching that and $200 of food will be donated!
