Job Opening: Wellness Sales Associate
Type of Position: Part-Time/Full-Time

This position offers exciting and rewarding opportunities to work with a diverse range of clients, including athletes, social media influencers, fitness enthusiasts and many other spirited souls who are committed to nurturing their well-being.
Experience working in a customer service environment is key as well as sales, spa or the health/wellness arena. However, we are willing to train the right candidate.
We offer a Competitive Hourly Rate ($15-18/hr.) + Commission + Bonus + Free Infrared Sauna Membership + Paid Training
Primary Responsibilities:
● The Wellness Sales Associate is an ambassador in the community and seeks to grow the brand through membership sales.
● Responsible for all lead management tasks required during shift.
● Ensure that all front desk systems are followed, such as proper member check-in, telephone inquiries (general and sales related), guest registration, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, change requests, new membership agreements, etc.
● Provide consistent, top-notch customer service, providing a personal touch experience for clients while utilizing external communication cycles and automated marketing systems.
● Maintains cleanliness throughout operating hours by sanitizing high-traffic areas in the studio. Including, but not limited to, reception areas, sauna rooms, restrooms, showers, and the laundry room to ensure they are functional and maintained.
● Reset Sauna Suites and Red Light Rooms by retrieving soiled towels, sanitizing, and refreshing individual rooms in preparation for the next guests’ experience.
● Regular maintenance and organization of making our complementary mint towels, restocking essential supplies while keeping them easily accessible, and removing trash and recycling.

● Ability to become well versed and committed to all Beem operations, including sauna attending and contributing talents where attention is needed, based on the demands of the day.
● Completely comfortable with the sales process both in person and over the phone.
● Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with all guests and fellow team members.
● Consistently show a positive attitude, high spirited exuberating good vibes, self-starter that takes responsibility for own actions.
● Well organized with good time management skills that allows efficient multitasking.
● Willing to go the extra mile to enhance clientele experience.
Physical Requirements:
● Must be able to handle high temperatures above 135 degrees for short periods of time.
● Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.
● Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
● Must be able to demonstrate the saunas to members, which involves getting in and out of the sauna and reaching overhead to adjust settings.
● Must be able to bend, kneel, and squat to access and adjust the saunas as needed.
