Hersey Pharmacy is a locally, Black owned, independent pharmacy serving the Durham/Chapel Hill area. Dr. Keith and his team are working to improve the health of the greater Durham community by providing medications, prescription and over the counter, and important health information directly to you.
Dr. Keith is looking for a part-time pharmacy technicians for a small, independent pharmacy. This position will be during daytime hours between 9am to 5:30 pm for 20-25 hours a week. The ideal candidate will assist the pharmacist in pulling drugs from the shelf to complete prescription orders, data entry, lifting and transporting mail order prescriptions and assisting with patients as well. Prior pharmacy or excellent customer service experience is preferred, but we will train enthusiastic people. Temporary to permanent position.
