The alley by Alley 26 is one of the most used spaces for photographers in Downtown. It is beautiful from so many different angles at many different times of day or night.

Durham is my home since I moved here 15 years ago. I have loved just how much the community comes together to make a better tomorrow. It is the Bull City that keeps charging forward!!

***Here’s the thing. Durham, we love you AND we accept that you’re THE last-minute crowd. Many of you may wait until the absolute last hour – like 50% of our contestants did, ha! – to vote. HOWEVER, in this instance, you can vote once per day per email. Yay! To put the odds in your favorite photos favor vote daily for all 30 days.

PURPOSE:
We created this contest to show the world Durham beyond American Tobacco Campus, the Durham Bulls Athletic Park, and even the BULLoved Old Bull Sign. No shade. It’s just not right to only show a small snippet of Durham *ESPECIALLY* a city as rich in complexity, diversity, and only-in-Durhamness.
Contestants have done an incrediBULL job of showing the world Durham in its entirety from multiple perspectives.
What we got was so much more. This contest is proving to be the community connection we’re all starving for right now. To live in Durham and not be able to be *with* Durham is hard. It’s being homesick while at home. We’re grateful this contest is digitally creating a community gathering space.

Six prizes will be awarded, as follows:
- Grand Prize: $500.
- 2nd Place: $250.
- 3rd Place: $100.
