Control the ControllaBULLS
I hope you’re doing well. If no one has told you yet, you’re incrediBULL, your feelings are valid, naps are self-care, crying is detoxing, and, as a former nutritionist, I can assure you that calories don’t count right now.
We’re all learning to sit with uncertainty right now. Ambrosia salad is officially a feeling.
Here’s what I know:
- My bills don’t care about my ambrosia salad feelings.
- Small business owners aren’t getting the help they need.
- I cope by helping others.
- I can help small business owners.
Dessert first info:
- 💻FREE Hashtag Workshop on Nov. 10th at 10:00 AM. Yes, FREE.
- 💻Starting your Email List Workshop Nov. 19th at 1:00 PM.
Your social media posts haven’t been performing well for the last week or two and won’t for the next week or so.
Here’s why:
- Facebook and Instagram have turned off views of recent posts via hashtag searches to stop the spread of election misinformation and related violence.
- Other platforms have made adjustments as well to help slow the spread of misinformation.
This showcases 3 very important things:
- Hashtags are extraordinarily powerful tools.
- Do NOT rely exclusively on social media to run your business.
- You OWN your email list and it’s the most powerful tool you have.
HIGHLY recommend coming to the FREE Hashtag workshop next Tuesday, November 10th at 10:00 AM. Learn why and how powerful hashtags and how you can use them to build an audience of your ideal customers.
The reason I say your email list is the most valuaBULL & powerful tool in your business is that email marketing has up to a 4100% ROI on investment. You OWN your email list, even if you use a free provider. You borrow social media and are subject to its whims.
I cannot recommend coming to the Starting Your Email LIst Workshop enough. This is for folks without a list and those who have kinda-sorta started an email list and haven’t done anything with it, yet.
Have the best day possiBULL,
Sheila
