Eligibility:

• This Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the Triangle area of North Carolina (Durham, Orange, and Wake Counties) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

• Employees, families, and associates of The Bulls of Durham, LLC and Chrysti and Co., Brokered by EXP, are not eligible to enter.

• Current BULLish Market Members are not eligible to enter.

• This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

Entry Period:

• The Giveaway starts on July 10th, 2024, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on July 30th, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST (the “Entry Period”).

How to Enter:

• To enter the Giveaway, you must become a member of the Durham Insider Community during the Entry Period. Please note, only one entry per person is allowed.

• Membership is free, but you will be required to agree to the Durham Insider Community Rules (available at thebullsofdurham.com/durham-insider-community-rules). These rules include zero tolerance for hate speech, political discussions, racism, sexism, and/or any other overt hateful behavior. Violations of the Community Rules will result in immediate removal from the community and disqualification from this and all future contests held by The Bulls of Durham, LLC and Chrysti and Co., Brokered by EXP.

• As part of the registration process, you will be required to provide the following information:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Business Owner (Yes/No)

  • Phone Number

  • Zip Code

• Becoming a paid Durham Insider Membership Supporter is optional and will not affect your eligibility to win or provide additional perks for winning. The monthly fee for a Supporter Membership is $2.77.

Selection of Winner:

• One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period on or about August 1st, 2024.

• The winner will be notified by email and has 72 hours to claim their prize. If unclaimed at that time, another winner will be randomly selected.

Prize:

• The winner will receive a cash prize of $1,000. Winner is responsible for any taxes associated with the prize.

Additional Terms:

• By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be added to the email lists of both The Bulls of Durham, LLC and Chrysti and Co., Brokered by EXP. You may unsubscribe from these lists at any time; however, unsubscribing prior to the end of the contest makes you ineligible to win.

• You agree to the official rules and the decisions of The Bulls of Durham, LLC, which are final and binding in all respects.

• The Bulls of Durham, LLC and Chrysti and Co., Brokered by EXP, reserve the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway at any time without notice.

• You are responsible for any taxes associated with the prize.

• This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

• We respect your privacy. The information you provide during registration for the Giveaway (name, email address, etc.) will not be sold to any third-party companies.

• We will only use this information to administer the Giveaway and add you to the email lists of The Bulls of Durham, LLC and Chrysti and Co., Brokered by EXP (from which you can unsubscribe at any time).
